Well done Rosehip! Sorry to hear your knee has been a bit of a problem - hope you manage to fit a run of some sort in, but do take it easy.
Did a test run Thursday with stopping to walk and stretch as directed - felt okay, the worst bit was starting running again after walking. Did an easy paced parkrun with some friends his morning - I had planned to run walk, but ran the whole way and that felt a lot better than Thursday’s run with stop/starting, so hopefully I’ll be able to build my running back up, which should hopefully help a bit. Eating hasn’t been perfect, but has been a lot better.
Didn’t weigh yesterday, I did this morning and it was down on where it was in the week, will try to revert back to once a week weighing though.

That's really good news Jenny
I'm sure my knee would be less grumbly if it were less windy outside

Good progress Jenny
Well done Rosehip and hope the knee settles down.
My knee is doing amazing one session with a great therapist just one and she’s made a massive difference. My normal physio who worked miracles following my broken foot did some work on it last what and made no progress I do believe there is physios who are specialists in their own areas.
So I had my 2nd call with Helen on Friday, while I know I had made better choices in some areas I guess she didn’t so a few things picked up on and more areas to work on. She is very strict but rightly so as she’s helping me to know which things are not the best choices, and as she says it isn’t a forever no it’s for the goal I have for the marathon. Overall a massive improvement and a 2lb loss this week! Unreal. This weeks focus is on getting more carbs less saturated fat and keeping up the otherwise good work - oh and cutting alacohol even further 😩
Went for a 6.5m run Friday and for the first time in a long time it felt better I didn’t feel as depleted and I can only presume the higher carbs are helping. I have 2 weeks to go and I’m feeling so much more confident with this direction and support.
Gave blood today they were unsure whether I should donate with a marathon coming up but I can’t see it being too much of a problem it’s not like I’m going out to try to win it just to win my last attempt.
Hope you’re all ok and have a good week ahead.

After a weekend of indulging, I’m +2lb this week but that should come off quickly, as long as I stick to the plan this week. 8 weeks to the wedding....

After a weekend away I am.not going g to ju.p.on the scales yet. I have swum twice, run for the first time in ages and walked about 16 miles but still don't think it will be enough 🤭
Good fun was had but time to get back on it now

2.2lb off last week. I’ve discovered that if you weigh twice in one day that confuses the Withings algorithm, but I have worked it out myself from the proper daily weigh-in.
I confess to some minor over-indulgence over the weekend which meant I start this week fractionally above last week’s average. A few days of sensibleness should sort that out.

Good morning all - Mandymoo back in the room and hopefully the zone now the wedding is over and the weekend away with the girls has passed too.
Time to get back on track, back to exercising (although the weekend away was very active).
The plan is to measure myself tomorrow and then keep a track on that each Wednesday (day off so more time in morning to do this).

Another 2lb off at SW yesterday so 12lb in 6 weeks. Only 4lb more to my 10% award. It's been tough at times but I keep going. Didn't stay to the meeting because I was at a funeral all day. So busy talking I didn't get a chance to go near the buffet so no temptation there😀

Well done on the losses.
Doing a SP week this week to see if I can kick my body into shifting this pesky 1/2lb that's making me pay at SW. Don't know if I could do for long but been 2 days fully on plan and will get weighed on Friday.
