Whoop excellent result LG! (Scales are in my basket so I?)

26th June so 7 weeks for me, just off on my long one now (beer after voting doesn’t seem the best idea now 😂) but can’t change that now. It is getting a bit real when I get up and think I’ll be starting now go to bed thinking I might be finished... but I’m enjoying all the food on a run 🤣

That's a great loss, LG. Well done.

I think everyone is doing really well, each with our own challenges - whether ultra training, menopause or simply the day to day trials of life.
Thanks for the compliment, gg. Mr GM has also told me my legs are looking slimmer, though I can't see it. I was a bit surprised after seeing numerous friends in the past month that not a single one noticed any difference, despite me losing 24lb since I last saw them. I haven't told any of them that I'm dieting but I did think I would look a bit slimmer now.

You will definitely be looking slimmer but sometimes people don’t notice or are a bit nervous to say. One of my colleagues commented to another that she looked slimmer she’d lost 1lb I’d lost a stone at that point and he never once said he could see a difference. I was working with him on Wednesday and again didn’t comment. But he is generally very good at noticing & commenting.

It takes a while for us to notice ourselves too, maybe as we’re always looking for a the next milestone.

Morning all, loving the positive posts - great work everyone 🤩

I remembered to weigh in this morning and I have lost 2lb 😊 which makes me xx.1 - hopefully I will soon be in the range below 🤞.

Have a good weekend everyone.

What great results being posted on here :-)

I'm still weighing every day, just to keep an eye on things as I ease up on the carb restriction. Bizarrely, today was my lowest for years at 8st 9lbs. Perhaps running a bit faster has given my BMR a bit of a boost.

Yes, I am delighted with both the principles of the diet and the results :-)
