Good for you, LD.
I'm making no progress at all :( I've stopped gaining though so that's a bonus, I suppose.

I've seen lower on the scales this week, but today and the rolling average gives me a tiny 0.3lb loss for the week.
It's getting harder to balance eating enough to make long runs comfortable and not quite enough to lose weight at the same time.

Getting there slowly, will be miles away from target by the time my event rolls around, but should be much better than I was.

I need not to keep putting it back on again, that would help!

Great loss GM your legs were looking very lean on your FB pic the other day.

LD too sounds like you’re balancing things well & love the mindset cuddly it is certainly a journey & keeping an eye but not stressing is a good place to start.

Those scales seem amazing might have to look I think you shared a link a while back.

Ive been continuing with my journey too weight for start of month is 1lb down I did have 1.5 down a couple of weeks ago but the 1/2 wasn’t ready to stay away. More than happy with that. I was in the office the other day & a friend was shocked how ‘skinny’ I was (far from skinny but almost 2st down since she saw me last)

Rosehip it is difficult to balance fuelling and weight loss I think I used to say I’ve ran so but now I don’t really eat any more other than fuelling better in my long runs. Talking of which I’m doing again today. Ultra training is a full time job! When is your race again?

Morning all :-)

Well done on the losses and RH think you're right - getting the balance is hard.

Had a really good week this week and maf so much easier cause OH was away. Shame I shouldn't blame him but it meant I had SW frozen meals for suppers rather than nothing at all or higher cal convenience foods as I'm rubbish at cooking for one. 🤦🤦 Anyways result is -4lbs :-) . Great kick start.

July 24th, gg, 11 weeks :-o scary close now.
if I can drop 5 lbs that will make a difference, 10 would obviously be better - but much harder.
Yours is even sooner, how are you feeling about it?

Great work LD :)
