I'm relived that I've lost the few lb I put on in March and now weigh the same as I did on 1st March. It's been interesting to see that I can pretty much maintain when not religiously following the BSD principles but I need to focus again now though as I still have many lbs to lose this year.

Well done GM, it sounds as if you have found something that suits you 😊.
I am still figuring things out and need to remember to weigh in on a Monday. I jumped on the scales this morning and they are showing another increase - will log tomorrow’s weight. I am hoping my return to plodding will help - at least I reduced my Mile and average paces by over a minute last month. It was only 2 miles but for me that is a major achievement and great for my mojo 😍
We have a wedding at the end of July so that will be my motivator.

WP, a wedding is always a great motivator to lose weight. Sadly I have no events to look forward to this year although SiL is 60 this year but doubt there will anything happening.

I will be seeing friends who I haven’t seen for 18 months and this will be the first of the children getting married 😍 so a very special occasion, especially as the bride has been very ill with non Covid health concerns which have seen her in hospital on several occasions last year. 🤞🍀🤞 in more ways than one

Hi people Hope you are all well.
I've been quietly keeping up with a new routine for a few weeks, 8 hour eating window daily, which is essentially 2 meals and no snacks, calories around 1500 a day, with one controlled cheat day a week. Getting smaller at a slow pace based on measurements. I stuffed my scale under the bed in March, after admitting to myself that getting on it was just not productive as I kept getting frustrated by small losses. I have lots of weight to lose so I know I need to focus long term rather than worry about little things. And loving being back at the gym and lifting weights so if that makes my butt bigger I don't actually care! :-D

It’s true we are all different and different bodies need their own way of working
