An unexpected +1lb this week. I was expecting a sts so I’m not thinking it will hang around for long.

I've lost a bit more this week. A smidge under two pounds I think but my scales are so decrepit that it's difficult to be sure - I've stood on the scales three times tiday sbd got three different readings! But the overall direction in down so that's good enough for me.

My scales have given me exactly the same reading 5 days in a row - including all the various composition % ages. This would be great if I were trying to maintain weight - but it's getting somewhat frustrating now :(

Well done LD.
Stick with it RH - I find I get a loss then a week or so at the same weight, then another loss. The loss isn't gradual, bit by bit over a few days, but a drop on one day then a plateau. I think it's age.

I'd check, but the tape I use for measuring me seems to have disappeared!

The flab will shift eventually, can't defy the laws of physics forever :)

Yes I'm using this LG: amazon.co.uk

It's been very useful. I haven't ever stuck to 800 calories but I haven't eaten rice or pasta since I started, and only very occasional bread. I'm happy to substitute caulifower rice for actual rice, and spiralised courgette for pasta. Mainly I suppose I eat a lot more veg (and actually, less fruit - only apple, pears or bluberries) and I rarely feel hungry. As OH has his potatoes/pasta/rice, he's quite happy with the way it's going.
