Wow sounds like a lovely feast tonight. Great on the weight loss too.
I went to fat club this morning and down 0.5lb since March although she said down 2.5lb as they had my weight recorded higher than my book - either way I’m happy and it gives me a starting block. Technically I am still 0.5lb out of my allowance so will need to lose that this week

Sorry, going back a bit, on hols and not online a lot. Gimme Medals, I am a bit fanatical about IF, it works great for me. I have green tea and coffee only until 1pm (and exercise fasted first thing), then eat two meals between 1pm-7pm. It seems to give my system time to “clear”. If I am on hols, as now, and have breakfast, I am starving by 11am! Doing IF, I am rarely hungry until about hour 18, so I suppose I am doing 18:6 in IF parlance.

how did we all survive the bank holiday?
I had my parents for the Chinese meal on Friday, my cousin and her kids for pizza on Saturday and my in-laws for a meal on Sunday. By yesterday I was whacked... But mum and I did our virtual Paras10 and I followed that with a mile run and 5m walk. I was wrecked last night, but raring to go today so out for a short run later.
Husband has gone to the boat today I follow him on Thursday so left to my own devices for a few days. Hoping that means I will drink less as I am a social drinker on my own a cup of tea suffices.

Busy weekend and finally got to use the paddleboard. Let's just say I ache everywhere today 😂
Feel very bloated today but that will be with the wrong choices I am making. Managing to maintain so thats something. Back on it properly after our holiday next week.

Fresh start and no more excuses! I have no meals out, weekends away, parties or celebrations to get in the way this month. I did ok on the Intermittent fasting last week, until I had a long weekend away with my friends over the Bank Holiday. Lots of food, snacks, treats and alcohol - along with lots of laughs and good times

N-R, I missed your post before - apologies. That sounds really interesting. It's 16:8 I'm aiming to do. My nephew has had great success on it and he works shifts and has made it work for him, so I've been inspired by him to try it. I should be fine without breakfast. I agree with you that if I have breakfast I get hungry sooner

I very rarely have anything to eat or drink between 7.00pm and 7.00am ( weekends are different) so goodness knows what I’m doing wrong the other 12 hours

I am the same if I eat breakfast I get hungry bit a nutritionalist told me it’s because you’ve started your metabolism and keeping it ticking over is key.
I rarely eat breakfast before 9 and today it was 11. Evening meal at 7 tonight and it will be at least 9-10 before I eat tomorrow. So while I have breakfast it’s later. I can’t say I haven’t had a drink tonight as my best pal came over for a hot tub & we had a glass or 3 of fizz.
