Thanks ladies.

I many have over hydrates with cava and wine 😂 actually feel champion today, we’ll have another reasonable walk before heading home.

Cracking mileage GG. I have a few 20 milers coming up which would have been training walks for Beachy Head - I am now going to covers the Downslink in 3 stages.

Sounds great Womble.

A friend from running club is doing the virtual London marathon and I’ve said I might join her I haven’t done anywhere near enough long runs but she hasn’t ran more than 5k since lockdown although she’s been cycling. I’ve not committed myself yet.

Womble, shout if you fancy some walking company, although I'm not up to 20miles yet!

Thanks Lizzie - whereabouts are you?

My plan is North to South as I live around mid point (Horsham). The plan is Guildford to Rudgwick / Rudgwick to West Grinstead / West Grinstead to Shoreham - just need to sort out public transport and logistics now. I need something to aim for this year :-)

Good luck with the vMara GG (if you commit to it).

Been in the office the last couple of days. Saw colleagues I’ve not seen since February and it has been lovely how many people have commented on my weight loss and how fab I look. It made the job I was doing ever so slightly lighter.

I made a chickpea and lentil curry last night. We don’t eat a lot of meat in our meals but I’m trying to go meat free a bit more. Husband is coming along for the ride reluctantly but he said he really enjoyed it. I’m mean who misses 1/2 chicken breast or & prawns now and again. I loved it.

My cousin is coming for first weigh in tomorrow. I bought her a planner it’s a 12 week one so she can plan meals, log weight measurements etc and also a good and exercise diary. Only £5 on amazon think I might have to upgrade my 80 page (week) notebook 😂

Hope you’re all having a good week.

The wheels of my wagon have well and truly fallen off.

We should be in Germany on the start of our Europe tour but instead we are at home and clearing out mums flat. I am emotionally and physically shattered.

Am hoping to have some me time tomorrow and spend a couple of hours at the beach on the paddle board (if i can use it ok, no dount will fall in a few times).

We are booked for a week in Wales from 5th (we should have been in Italy then)
