Having had a couple of “pre-big-birthday” celebrations already, I realise I will not achieve my goal of being under 140lb by Saturday. Still, as long as I get a grip next week...

Half a pound increase for me which i will take after the last week and a home made curry last night.

Hope it is going well with you push for your holiday MM.
I had a weekend of over socialising, friends round for homemade pizza on Friday, I managed 3 slices of a 10" pizza - must be the making it makes me feel more full than I am. Saturday was my cousin's son's birthday so a family BBQ, I ate 1/3 of a sausage, a little bit of chicken and before we came home I had a tiny bit of her home made curry. I did much on crisps both night .
Last night we were at friends (same ones as at ours Friday) as they had a new kitchen fitted so went to see it. Couple of drinks with them. So my calorie consumption has been beer and crisps.
All weekend I literally had 1 proper cooked meal which was last night's dinner. Hoping yesterdays 12m run helps to counterbalance some of it.
So back to being focused this week.
Kung Po Prawns tonight
Asian Chicken - Tue Salmon & salad - Wed Creamy Garlic Chicken - Thu
lunches are:
Pasta salad, stir fried sweetcorn, potato rosti & bagel with smoked salmon & cream cheese

Hi, the prodigal sister returns.... I am hoping that, with the change in my life circumstances, I can now give this the focus it deserves

Hi GM new life beckons
My cousin is coming to my house tonight to get weighed she’s wanting to lose a couple of stone.
I have had big conversations with her and my other cousin a lot lately about ‘what I am doing/taking 😮 to lose weight’ ‘as I still eat normal food and still drink’
I explained that lockdown has been good for me as I snack more at work than home and I have been able to exercise more consistently and not flying around and saving a commute I can plan and prepare meals better than being in the office. Now to help her.

I'm sure your cousin will appreciate your support, gg.
I was pleased that, despite being on holiday for nearly 4 weeks and eating all kinds of things, that I didn't put on any weight. I think all the walking counterbalanced it. So if I keep up the daily exercise AND cut back on the high sugar treats, then I should be able to lose a few lbs each month. Mr GM had a shock when he got on the scale this morning as he's put on 12lb over our holiday, but he wasn't walking with me. He is now!
