Well done on weight losses and to those that are finding the right balance.
A quiet bank holiday here, like most weekends - I appear to be a hermit and only get out for dog walking.
No weight loss - still in quite a bit of pain with frozen shoulder so exercise is limited - all I seem to do is hours of a physio plus one long walk a fortnight.
Hopefully the pain will settle soon and I can somehow get into a sports bra and have a go at running again. If not then I am going to have to get out at night for a solo fast walk.
I am in an Eyeore type of mood at the moment so may take a thread holiday until I am more Tigger!

Oh WW, hang around! I don't suppose you can do bra up at the front and twist?

Thanks Lizzie, I just feel like I bring the thread down at the moment. My sports bras are racing backs so I can’t move my arm into them after I have done them up at the front and twist, plus they are much harder to twist than my day to day ones. I have recently purchased a front fastening one but I need to send it back for a size up to my normal size. Just feeling sorry for myself and need some endorphins xx

WW you are a valued member of the thread and don’t ever feel like you need a holiday more than ever you need some support and fetch love.
I often struggle to lose but knowing I’m with people who are like minded helps. So sorry to hear about your shoulder a poorly shoulder really does affect your whole body and I hope you get it fixed soon. My run coach tells us walking is as good as running so don’t beat yourself up that you can’t run and exercise. Maybe a time to do some relaxation and meditation and be kind to you. Wishing you a speedy recovery. X

If I posted about my lack of weight loss, I'd be in the Eeyore camp! Stay for the love. On which note, I've managed logging on MFP for a week, and walked roughly 2 miles each day, so currently gaining control. No idea on weight, as no scales, but my trousers aren't falling down yet.

I took my eye right off the ball in August but September is a different matter.
