Thanks, SK. Slimming World give you 3 lbs above or below target so even if there's a discrepancy between their scales and mine, I should still be OK.

HI everyone how are we all doing?

Am back from our holiday and 3 weeks off work. Actually back in the office tomorrow for the first time since March, but only 2 days a week at the moment.

I shall be back on it tomorrow both food wise and exercise wise. Need to sort out a training plan and just cut back again on the food front.

Hope your all doing OK - I shall be around a lot more on here 😁

Hi Mandy :) I still haven't got back to it properly. I'm not putting weight on, but I'm not losing either 🤷‍♀️ All this extra walking is supposed to help with weight loss but its just making me hungry :)

I managed 2 weeks of eating between BMR and TDEE, then had a mega carby weekend. Back in the horse tomorrow...

Good to have you back MM and hope you enjoyed your holiday.

It’s been going ok here, lost the 1lb I’d put on and saw my colleague who is on maternity leave, not seen her since Xmas and her reaction was so lovely she instantly noticed I’d lost weight and was very complimentary. It’s funny how some people will acknowledge it and others don’t.

I also went out for our first proper night out on Friday. Having decided a dress wasn’t possible (too cold and windy) and following my colleagues reaction I dared try on my all time favourite Karen Millen jeans. Bought at my absolute smallest I was easy 1-2st lighter than now but OMG not only did they fit but they fit better than they used too. Over the moon. It’s enough to motivate me to keep going.

However I had a mild pre injury this week so exercise and running backed right off and having to fight the feeling of wanting something extra to eat was so hard. Hoping I’ve managed it.

Hello everyone.
I went to official SW weigh-in for the first time since before lockdown on Wednesday. In the morning on my scales, stark naked, I weighed exactly 10 st 10, which is my target weight. In the evening on the SW scales, I weighed 10 st 12 (with clothes and shoes on, obviously ;) ). So (NSS), I'm going to have to be careful if I want to avoid being 3 lbs or more over target weight on the SW scales. I could probably do with losing a couple more pounds but it's not going to happen this week.

Clothes are so heavy!
After not losing any weight for weeks, I’m 2lb down today.

Yeah GM!

2lb up by evening and in clothes is not too bad at all and now you know the difference you can keep an eye on your own scales too SW.

Still say those of us who’ve even kept some control the last few months are winners.
