Good luck B-lass with the surgery.

I am on holiday and away this week so diet is out the window but straight back on it as of Monday as I feel frumpy

It has, hasn't it?
I'm trying to get back down to my target weight. Weighed in at SW last Weds and was 6.5 pounds over!! That's what 10 days of holiday and a twisted ankle will do for you. Have been back on it since then except for a huge roast dinner yesterday, followed by my Mum's home made trifle AND apple and blackberry crumble. There's no hope really, is there? ;)

I keep popping by but it’s been quiet and you don’t want my daily ramblings.

I have kept my weight down but since the marathon it’s gone a bit awry. I was fairly sensible with a slight increase in carbs week of the run but of course I relaxed and had more nice things. Since the run I’ve carried on but reduced mileage again and today I’m 3.5lb up although it was only 2lb up on Thursday WI (not too concerned we had a crazy weekend eating too much crap) So I am also back on it and need to get back to logging meals on MFP.

I’ve been learning a new curry making technique based on how they make them in our British takeaways and restaurants which I can then also make slimming world friendly. The one I made Saturday was divine.
