Good evening all! Hope you're all well. I've decided to reduce my race schedule over winter. Will probably do the odd parkrun or two, particularly on Xmas Day and New Year's Day. My next proper target race won't be until the spring.. Shakespeare Half Marathon in April.

Iโm trying to run 3 times a week on a consistent basis for next couple of months. Mixing up pace and distance but consistency is what Iโm after. It helps with my wellbeing when the weather is so dark and gloomy.

@Ness which Christmas parkrun? Itโs just me and MrPix for Christmas so no big roast to worry about. |

It depends on who is doing a parkrun on Xmas day, Pix. There won't be one at Bedworth so it depends on which local one is running.
