Evening all. Lower mileage for me these last few weeks following the Stevenage marathon. Hoping to shake off a few lingering aches and pains ahead of some 5 and 10k races over the next few months.

Happy Sunday, I've informed my PF it has to go now as I've put my name down for the Santa Dash. It's not quite the 50k I'd like to be capable of again but I'll settle for it for now. How are you lot? Just caught up on the sad news of Hanneke passing. :(
