Evening all. Enjoying running a bit more now the weather has lifted a bit too! I prefer "high pressure" weather even in winter!

Evening all. Very little running happening here at the moment, but walking loads so keeping up a bit of stamina. D2 keen to pick up the running again after we made a bit of a start in the summer so hopefully we get that going soon. to @fetcheveryone and the Boy for the great escape coming up! |

Meant to post last night but I forgot! The return to running continues though today I am kicking myself for doing leg work in the gym on Monday as my quads are full of DOMS and I'm not actually sure I can run at all today. |

Hi everyone I am currently a member of my local running club have been for 15/16 years but as I rarely go I am tempted to join here but looks like it's best to wait until my current membership runs out.
