The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free.
But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient.
Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead.
Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Weirdly as I listened to this (on a headset), my mad dog started making the same noises as Harrie at the same time. It was like a weird echo. And quite funny
Enjoyed this, as always but don’t often say so. The chocolate cake challenge was a simple calorie count. I burnt enough calories over the 177 miles to eat 45 slices of cake. I didn’t actually eat 45 slices of cake but I didn’t loose any weight either.
2 years and 3 months ish for 100 is pretty impressive.
Do you know how many listeners you have a week? I usually listen on Spotify but today I'm listening on the site. Can you tell the difference.
Just like to say again that I love the podcast. Whether I listen to it while doing something else "working" or while on the site, it's just great to hear voices, not just read words. You two, the dogs, your home, the world outside, events (remember those!), all the great contributors, it just adds a wonderful additional dimension. Thanks for all your hard work.
Can I just say on page 2, McGoohan said he'd do contributions, irregularly and shambolically, but have we had one at all?!
I haven't sent the recording I did a couple months ago. It's about running in the snow... maybe not very relevant as this week had a 24C high in England, didn't it?
