Podcasts. Either Word in your Ear, Rockonteurs or Comfort Eating. the ads are starting to drive me mad though, so I will either have to Patreon them or just stop listening when I'm unable to easily skip ads.
Music. Whatever takes my fancy. Recently it has been a very long Guardian playlist of Underworld's top tunes, in preparation for seeing them in April.
Another fan of bone conduction 'phones. Shokz. Of course the downside is that in noisy environments such as running alongside busy roads, the noise in my ears is too loud to hear the noise in my bones.

Nothing for about fifteen years. I like early morning runs with very little noise other than birdsong and a few cars going past.

I listen to my "liked songs" on shuffle on Spotify but never take my ears to a race.

Johnnie Walker’s “Sounds Of The 70’s” for me when running. From your profile I guess that type of music might not be your thing. I can’t really focus on podcasts when running but do listen to them if on a long walk.

Welcome to Fetch
Nothing since around 2012.
After 2 bad faceplants (on tarmac) I figured my mind wasn't concentrating on my runs so I stopped.
So I listen to the sounds around me and my inner ramblings

I usually just listen to the radio as I’ve never downloaded music or signed up to Spotify.

Mostly hair these days, ears and nostrils are the only place it seems to grow.

I usually have a book on from an all-you-can-eat subscription. Currently, I have a really interesting book about the transition to steam in Manchester and Lancashire.
