November 5k will probably be taken from half marathon I did on 5/11 as tapering for marathon on 26/11 means I won’t do anything quicker. November 5k 21.09 |

Well done lin50 After not been able to get to todays marathon due to car problems I decided to have another go at Novembers 5k 19:55 3rd quickest of the year. Couldn’t quite push hard enough but fairly pleased |
