Virtual 5k today 20:09 on an out and back course. Reasonably happy but thought i could have gone sub 20.

Great time trial, riggys99! Well done!

I'm racing each weekend this month except the 23rd and 24th so I may have a chance at running a 5k TT in in that week. So far, I have a benchmark from the 7k race with 22:18. I hope to beat that in a 5k time trial next week.

20.36 bit slower than I wanted. Tried a different route that I thought would be faster than usual route but middle part a bit stop/start crossing roads.

22:18 for the second half of Troon 10k tonight. Very pleased with that, second fastest 5k ever per fetch! Interestingly my best ever 5k was also in a 10k race, it seems to be my best distance!

Seems like you have a lot more if you only did 5k by it self.
