A couple more summits ticked off on the hill list app (I reset my count when I got the app otherwise I’d be over halfway round the Wainwright’s) including Side Pike and Oakehowe Crag via Lingmell Tarn. Plenty of tea and cake and a trip to the beach of Coniston Water before we came home. I woke up this morning just after 6 as the Coventry dawn chorus isn’t quite as intense as Langdale at 03:30. Back next month.
