The doorbell cost is a quarter of a penny per hour. It’s a shame the table doesn’t use the same unit for everything.
I am guilty of leaving my monitor on standby when I am afk. I might plug the whole lot into a timer switch.

I've just updated my energy usage spreadsheet (yes, I am that sad).
My estimated annual gas usage has dropped by 36% since 10/2019 and electricity by 13%. I put most of the gas drop down to being a Thermostat Nazi and progressively reducing the amount of time the boiler is on. But then again it could all be down to a milder winter. Who knows.

Talking of insurance- I was able to get my car insurance about £100 cheaper mainly by letting the insurance company have my licence number!

I've saved a fortune over the years by never learning to drive or having a car.
I have bought cars though. For the ex-Mrs Muttley (who scraped it the very next day and not long after wrote it off, with me and Muttley Jnr in it at the time). And for now-student Muttley Jnr. Marriage and parenthood are expensive

Just been given a provisional date for solar pv + battery installation of 29th November. If they're able to stick to that it will be at the short end of their estimate so good news

The date for installation of our solar panels and battery has been put back twice now. Hopefully with go ahead this week. Shortage of parts apparently with big increase in demand.
