I had my first run at Whinlatter parkrun today. Surprisingly enjoyable for a hard trail course. And I had an unexpected new Fetch sticker
It didn't occur to me that I could have chosen a newt variety of cake in the café afterwards.

A new Fetch sticker is always a good newt.

It is.
I had coffee after parkrun. I usually have tea. That's a newt.

I don’t think I had any Newts yesterday. Today though, I have seen a man shaving in his front garden (his front garden directly overlooks the village square and the co-op), and made pancakes with a shop-bought pancake mix (usually I make it. From Ingredients.) They tasted like...pancakes.

Enjoy, N-O (and :-0!)
I haven't done a newt today but I did see one, on my way home from Exmouth parkrun: coming in the opposite direction along the road, a man 'skiing' on skis fitted with roller skates. He was using his poles to propel himself up the hill which must be a task requiring massive upper body strength.
