I am definitely going to do 2 today, I don’t always end the work day properly so that would be an entertaining habit to get into. I mostly wfh even outside of a pandemic so there aren’t too many people to look at me askew

The dog invariably thinks (hopes) that something might be a dog walk. My OK celebration might need to be swapped or have a very different tone.

I like the new habits HP I seem to form bad habits (wine on an evening) better than good ones (switch that wine for water) Our dog thinks (hopes) when you move there may be a treat in it for her. She works in adult mental health so we both have professional knowledge that is useful. We’ll gloss over the irony of me delivering something on anxiety when I have a huge fear of capsizing.

The sixth running of Do a New Thing for Spring

Lent has a special and specific meaning to Christians but has become an secular season of denial and hair shirting that serves no positve purpose. No chocolate, no booze, no -er - other stuff.

Why not treat the build up to Easter - as a chance to celebrate and embrace NEW THINGS - that's what spring is about after all.
