Last hard: Achilles stopping me running.

Today was long tights,short sleeved top, thick winter fleecy lined long sleeved top,sealskin warmest gloves, lambs wool hat. Everything stayed on! it was -1C.
if it gets colder not sure what to add :)

About 4C here this morning, shorts, t-shirt and gloves were fine. I was getting a bit warm by the end.
