It now seems to be under control. 27:30 - 7.5m Early birthday present today, as my new wheelchair arrived... It's only taken 14 months... Take care x

Food shopping first thing then out for a run, 8 miles, and out and back on fife coastal path which was mainly small tracks and sand dunes. Cool but still and dry. Knees still v troublesome. Then making a curry and family time with R and a jigsaw(she had to work online today but done now).
