I always pack everything and lay it out the night before I commute to work
Today I very nearly hit snooze and didn’t bother
But I got up and cycled in, after all, being able to cycle is a privilege and will miss it soon enough.
Only 4 + miles into work, but it’s usually extended coming home!

I hopped on my e-bike to go for a hospital appointment yesterday. Its only a mile away but its all uphill and that's enough to mean I arrive in a sweaty mess. Not this time. I used level 2 (of 3) assistance and breezed up the hill at 15mph. I arrived as fresh as a daisy.
I'm so glad I got it; it gives a whole new dimension to cycling. The fact that I've got a bad back and a niggley knee would mean that I'd have used the car for a trip like that.

That’s brill XB.
I need to get better at using the bike for local errands. My office is 14 miles away so not a quick commute.

XB, i was same yeterday, I had a few things to do after work... all within a couple of miles of each other. On thhe Ebike it just made sense to whizz about.
The only issue was dark after 6.30, so I made sure to be extra bright and reflective, and all was good! Plus e bike = built in lights so no need to worry about charging or batteries!
Like you I try to use assistance to preserve my appearance! lol!

XB that's what I have found - using it for so many little trips out etc.
