Thanks folks.

I've had moments of feeling a bit ropey this afternoon, but my temperature & RHR are ok, so I think that it might just be psychosomatic.

Little Miss Happy wrote:How are you now?

Pretty much the same as ever. Maybe a tiny bit stronger on the bike, but my running still sucks and the cognitive issues certainly played a part in my losing my job.

Are you able to minimise infectious dose AndyS? We run a HEPA filter (Ikea table one that is really quiet on low settings) and sleep in separate rooms when we're ill. I don't know if it can stop it once someone's already symptomatic, but I figure anything might be helpful.

We'll do what we can - separate rooms tonight, but I fear it may be too late.

Felt like I had a sore throat and generally congested on Monday, felt rotten when I woke up on Tuesday so did a lft - not good when the positive line appears as soon as the liquid hits it! Spent most of the last 2 days in bed and started antivirals yesterday

Sorry to hear that Jen HB. I hope the antivirals do a good job and you clear it quickly.
