Will certainly take the same cautious approach as you Vrap. Certainly don't have the energy to do much anyway

Took me until day 7, and OH, until day 10 to test negative. Definitely worth waiting for the single line. Who wants to be Typhoid Mary to their friends and acquaintances (and indeed, it seems, passers-by?)

Absolutely. I did get out for early morning runs as soon as I felt able but I knew it was early enough to have no contact with people. I waited until I was definitely negative before going out to the shops or meeting up with family.

Quite agree LD. We obviously caught it outside, although we were lingering to listen to music rather than just passing by.

I think my sense of smell and taste are going 😔 Something in my tea tasted weird last night, then tried a glass of wine and it tasted off. Spent a lot of last night up and down with my right sinus/nostril again (really tickly, sneezing, streaming).

Didn't really taste my breakfast, just knew there was sweetness there. This was the one symptom I really didn't want!

I haven’t tested today but feel I Am through covid now. However my heart rate was still much higher than I would expect when out running and so clearly by body is still recovering.

I've got a cough central, upper respiratory tract virus right now (aggravated by builders' work dust) but have tested twice just to be sure.

Worth reminding peeps to test - but also that there ARE other viruses about (like always, and some of them no fun) ... and I probably should have been more cautious generally! We kept colds at bay in 2020/1 but I, for one, must have relaxed my guard this year.

Yes. Thanks. That is a useful reminder. Hope you’re feeling better soon, Sharkie. x
