Fragile - why would you expect to see masked people in the street?

Fragile Do Not Bend
I’m not but you said we would suffer from not seeing an unmasked face.

yes there will be some kids who for what ever reason are and have been out and about

the school I worked for was small with JUST 1600 students

20-30 outside does not equal 1600 inside

Lots of people are wearing masks in the street where I live. I presume they are going in and out of shops so keep them on in between. It’s a good reminder that there’s a pandemic going on in my opinion.

Fragile - In shops, cafes etc etc. It’s really not good to live like that permanently - again just my opinion. Must be even more difficult if you lip read.

I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a group of 20 - 30 people of any age together anywhere out in public in the UK unless they’re on some kind of organised bus trip say

EP - But as NZ shows - 4 people have 200 contacts so 30 kids have unknown numbers of community contacts. Being a small market town I’d be surprised if those 20-30 (which aren’t the same ones each day!) haven’t interacted or have contacts in the town across a very large portion of population - including teachers/siblings/shop workers......

JR so what about those people who cover their face for religious reasons (think we have had this conversation so many times)

Does seeing them in towns like Leicester or Bradford etc cause problems?

you can't have it all ways
