You do not need to take any other action. Thank you." That could work. How stressful for your mum Beanz. And you.

Which suggests that surgeries will contact people who haven’t told them they’ve already been done elsewhere.

I imagine it is a matter of speed/logistics and perhaps population density. NW London is pretty tightly packed these days, and he got the Pfizer vaccine, as we all know, not entirely easy to store at a local GPs. So I reckon how an individual got their vaccine would depend on cicrumstances rather than one country's system, or one areas system being 'better'.

Sounds like an admin mistake - but she needs to be able to contact - can you email her surgery (if she can't) as Fragile suggests above.
