Yes, the organisers will be hit with fines, but will the attendees also get fined? Or a stiff talking to and sent on their way? Seems the SW infection rate is on the way up.

Sadly we agree that whatever restrictions are in place, the same people will ignore them. Whether that's Tier 1 or lockdown. And meanwhile swimming pools are closed, and kids in the same school bubble can't go to the park after school.
