Yes, the organisers will be hit with fines, but will the attendees also get fined? Or a stiff talking to and sent on their way? Seems the SW infection rate is on the way up.

Whether that's Tier 1 or lockdown. And meanwhile swimming pools are closed, and kids in the same school bubble can't go to the park after school.
