Will Crash
I`m trying to get to 4000 metres in 15 minutes. I`ve just started 500 metre sprints. Try 3x 500 metre sprints. My times were 1.36, 1.46 & 1.53. I`ve managed to get my 2000 metre time in at 7.28.1.
I think these times are ok but would like to hear your thoughts.......:)

My thought are ... bloody awesome. Well done WC. Be careful with the sprints though. Unless you have worked up to it gradually rowing has the potential to wreck your back if you do silly macho things. I wish I could manage 2000 in 7:28.

Now the last time I spelled faffing while doing a silent P (as in bath) I got severely ribbed. Faffing is apparently spelt f-a-f-f-i-n-g and not p-f-a-f-f-i-n-g. I prefer the silent P, I have to admit.

right, now i juat thought i would do a slihtly longer one so did 21 mins and 4km

On that concept website it is doing a summer solstice challenge On June 21st
