Did my first row in years. Forgotten how much it hurts!!
Didn't manage the 15 mins as I cocked my pacing up, but did two lots of 2000m.

FF the Youngest had a day off school today due to illness. Glad to report he bounced back, but it wiped out my running today. Swapped a tempo session for a fast 10km row.

Cut back week, plus nursing a sore right foot, so 5km in 19:30 this morning. I really must have a go at the 15mins again...

Have hardly been using the ergo this Summer - weather FAR too nice on the river to want to row indoors, and now that I have my own 1x..... well, you know!
I promise I will get back to regular ergs soon!

A bit of PF has meant I've been cross training a lot over the last couple of weeks. 10km in 39:37.
I've also added an Aug section to the article and changed the title to remove (May) from the title. The Article number has changed.
