TROSaracen have to agree on Unknown Pleasure. Would also add Husker Du - Zen Arcade (it suffers from poor production, but is still influential). And Front Line Assembly - Tactical Nueral Implant. 30 years old and still feels ahead of its time. Finally Wire - Pink Flag. |

Homeless Kodo
Scum by Napalm Death. It’s regarded as one of the founding Grindcore albums & a classic of the genre. Scum was voted the 50th best British album of all time by Kerrang! readers, and in 2009, it was ranked number five in Terrorizer's list of essential European grindcore albums. It’s 28 tracks come in at around 33 minutes long, the shortest track being “Suffer” at 1.316 seconds. The album has some production issues in that it was actually produced and probably would have been for the world had it not been because it’s actually a total and utter bag o shite.

Superb Chrisity! I have a genuine affection for the album mainly because Mick Harris was 2 years above me at school & my real name is on the liner notes which was a massive buzz at 18. It’s both extreme and an acquired taste, to say the least. |

Superb Chrisity! I have a genuine affection for the album mainly because Mick Harris was 2 years above me at school & my real name is on the liner notes which was a massive buzz at 18. It’s both extreme and an acquired taste, to say the least. Think at least 2 or 3 times I went to see them with Extreme Noise Terror as support and they didn't turn up. Not sure if ENT were lying or ND were lazy. |

Just had a little spin of Tres Hombres. It's the copy I've had since about '85 and luckily I'm blessed with a beautiful sounding amp so it's like honey being poured in your ears! Just put Joe Jacksons 'look sharp' on, think I may commend this to the HOF! |
