Fragile Do Not Bend
No chance, my best 400m of recent times is 1:53 and a lot of that was downhill.

Over ten years ago -when I was 58 - my 400 PB was 81.3 seconds, so no. Raffo's PB at the same time - he was just 50, was 58.1, so he could. It helps to be a bloke!

My best (ten years ago) was 1:14. A few months ago Iโd have struggled to get under 1:30, but with some recent, regular track sessions Iโm getting back down towards 1:20. Still a long way from 1:08, though.

Nope! Think my best 400m was a smidge under 90 seconds and that was a few years ago.

Without training for the distance, my track 400m PB is 1:38. I have no reason to believe I have untapped potential for sub-mile distances. So that's a no.

Under 3min/km, I donโt think Iโve seen that pace on my watch ever ๐ Well I seldom sprint either. I must try soon.

Think the fastest i ever recorded 400mtrs at was a 70 as a last rep of a set. i imagine at the time i could possibly have run an all out at 67/68 but who knows. I'd be lucky if i could hit 80secs now!
