Wow what a pb fest that was today - well done y'all.
Now that is me for my 30's, and YES I did pb for the second week running, but did I manage sub 23???? YES, YES, YES, YES!!!!!!!! 22:20, I can hardly believe it, 47 secs off!!......Brighton is going to ROCK next weekend!
Just a little tip: Ignore all the professional advice, get yerself a pint of guinness and a sticky toffee pudding the night before!!!!!

Wohoo! So many PB's and near PB's today. Well done Jen, Stiggers, Brian, Uffish and Drell (extremely close to PB ing). Anyone else? And a big big thank you to Fenland Runner for pulling me round those last 3 km with a negative split and a PB.

What a fantastic day, superb to see such great athletic endeavor. I believe that along with PBers above Max71 also gained a fastest 5k time at Milton Park today.
It was a delight to try and keep up with you DeaJay, I'm also thinking that sub-21 will not be long in making an appearance for you
