I really couldn't worry about winning MOTM, the nice comments you gave me mean more than any prize so I am very happy for people to vote for other people! And it's lovely that people think what I've done at parkrun is benevolent, but you've no idea how much fun I get out of the event. (And I secretly only started it, because I wanted a 5k time and didn't have one in 2009. See, selfish really. :))

Have run 1 mile yesterday and it hurt a bit (especially the lungs) so a little nervous about 5k. I'll be near the back looking worried.....
