I’ve let these fall by the wayside these past few day so I’m back on it today. I changed my half press ups (on my knees) to leaning full body press ups against the kitchen bench after taking the suggestion from the book. Felt a little harder but manageable and I can progress by choosing lower and lower surfaces until I can do them from the floor

I did the same with the press ups, Susie. It felt harder but I thought my form was much better. I started with the chest of drawers and will progress to working down the stairs.

I thought as I typed that that the only lower (solid) surfaces would be the stairs. Easy to measure progress I suppose!

Definitely agree about form. I felt it where I should feel it!

That's good. Followed by a feeling of dread that tomorrow it will hurt 😂

I’d definitely recommend it Pixie. I’ve been doing press ups on my knees all my adult life and have never got any better at them. I like how this method trains good form from the outset
