Not training when you’re unwell is absolutely the right thing to do.

Is your aim to get on to then off the naughty step GM?
I’ve started following a few Yoga practitioners on IG, the things they can do, like 1 handed handstands are mind blowing!!!

That’s the intention, HK. By the end of the year, a full, proper, down on the ground press up is my goal.

Cool!
Today’s plan is:press ups, chin ups, handstand, knee raises, squats, split squat, step ups, straight bridge, hollow holds & crow. Last time I did crow I wore Ron Hill tracksters & ended up with friction burns on the back of my arm...it’ll be skin to skin today 😀

I'm just dipping into the book at the moment and doing something most days, in addition to the press ups nearly every day. I did sit ups and squats today.

Ooh, GM, hadn't spotted this.

I don't have weights at home. Was going to buy some but there's a global shortage apparently. So I might just find some more bodyweight exercises. This thread and book look good.

Could I poss ask someone to post links to the YouTube vids you used to guide you on the movements pls?

Not sit ups, planks, press ups, bridge, squats or lunges as i do them already. But crow, hollow hole etc?!

I'm looking for strength not aerobic. And i don't have a pull up bar so floor only. Thanks. :-) G

Hiya :) G

I've only been doing sit ups, planks etc so far. When I use You Tube, it's a random Google search then I play a few videos to see how they compare. Not very scientific :) I've found the book to give enough detail to help so far (eg Romanian dead lifts), but I've only tried out a few of the exercises.

OK, no probs, thanks GM. Good luck with the exercises. I wonder if I should get weights anyway? Ridiculously over priced!
