I've done 3 x 10 press ups each day. I'm doing daily yoga from today and that includes planks and some other core and upper body strengthening stuff. My arms ache less now

Wow Kodo! You're really going for it aren't you mate? I did "Cindy" today. That's a CrossFit workout of 20 minutes doing as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) of 5 pull ups/10 press ups/ 15 air squats. I'm finding the pull ups much harder since having a break from doing them over Christmas and eating so much cheese! |

Cheese has a lot to answer for. How many rounds did you do, Nellers? Are handstands what I imagine, HK; balancing on your hands with feet in the air? |

Sort of GM. I’m currently kicking up into a handstand against a wall. I’m not up to pressing or kicking up into a freestanding handstand yet.

12 this time, GM, and I was literally coming up on the final squat as the watch pinged. My PB is 14, but that was a few months back. |
