Not sure John, might be able to tell you on Sunday though as I'm doing a maintenance course on Saturday at Edinburgh Bike Co-op.

Did my first ride into work and back of the year (I have ridden into work already this year, but got a lift home.... this had been planned in advance, I didn't wimp out!), easy way to get 40 miles training under the belt, even if I have to put up with comments from colleagues, and the girls in the office asking if I wear pants with lycra!! :-)

Coming off my course at the weekend I may have an answer John!

Sounds like your headset needs tightening. Depends on what type of headset you have as to how to deal with it. If you have a picture I might be able to advise further.

Dunno.

Completely confused, but thinking along the line of Focus Cayo, Focus Culebro, Trek 1.7/1.9, Planet X Carbon, Giant SCR C4.... that sort of thing. So up to or just over a grand, nice and quick for triathlon, but not so stupid I can't commute on it and train on it a lot.

Any ideas?
