Mrs BooBoo LaBoy
Some interesting stuff there HW and KR2 - In spinning classes we are encouraged to get out of our seats - so I wondered if it would be the same with regular cycling.

Wait, you cycle 26 miles a day and then go to spinning classes too? You're insane!

now on a really long climb you need to be able to do both, in and out the saddle climbing to help keep the muscle fresh and if you are going from in the saddle to out then you caan change up a gear too as your cadence is slower, just remember to change back when you sit down. It's all about feel...

26miles sounds like a nice commute ;)

no, not very nice if you're in the traffic in the dark. Make sure you light yourelf up like a Xmas tree and look into the eyes of any cars coming out of side roads.

Haha! I have very bright front and back lights - but I think that I will get some funky stuff for my wheels too (might make me look like a 'fun' cyclist though!!)
