Very good, all of them. Looking back I forgot to say thanks to sallykate for the sourdough link. I had a good look, can't give it a go as we have a few weeks and weekends away coming up and I want a run at getting the starter working correctly.....

Yeah but you want it working well and we have 2 weeks away, a couple of weekends away, then another 2 weeks and then another few weekends, so it will be in/out of a freezer 5 or 6 times in 10 or 12 weeks. Not ideal I would think. I would rather a few weeks making sure it is OK, and baking decent loaves, that looks a job for late summer where I will be about all the way to Christmas. |

I do like a nice lemon cake Linds. Butterscotch tart baked here today - my husband never had it at school so it's going to be a first for him. |

The lemon cake and cinnamon buns look very tasty. I don't think I've had butterscotch tart either, is it what it sounds like - a pastry base with butterscotch filling? |

Exactly Jenelopy. This: flawlessfood.co.uk though I used cornflour in the filling. Toothachingly sweet but very nice. I introduced him to Gypsy Tart a while ago which he'd also never had. It might be chocolate concrete next.
