Christmas pudding x4 are bubbling away on the stove. Christmas cake is in the oven. Miserable day here so thought it was a productive use of time.

Spiced loaf baked this morning (well, three of them, it's a big recipe but instead of 2 x 2lb loaves I make 1 x 2 lb for us and 2 x 1lb to distribute around the village) and a gluten free version of the Kate Humble soda bread in the oven as an experiment.
