Some more Borodinksy (which has now been re-named bara-dinksy in this Welsh house - bara being Welsh for bread if you’re wondering why!), some form of wheat sourdough loaf, some more grapenuts, and possibly cakes/flapjack going in the oven later today...
Yup, you guessed it... we are nearing an ‘out-of-baked-goods-error’! in the panad household which needs preventative urgent action
I'll get the recipe panad! Baking is keeping my mum a little bit saner (86 and wants to go out and do all the meetings and classes that she used to do but are obviously not on!) Her coffee and walnut cake has gone into my son's Top 5 even though he doesn't like coffee cake normally.
