I really like the chocolatecoveredkatie.com site LMH and have done quite a few of her recipes - some of them do smack of bit of the ‘healthy’ ‘pure’ ‘superior’ wellness privilege type judgement that (imo) is complete nonsense...i tend to ignore that side of it and use what i have! Her bake and shake cauliflower is a firm favourite with us all 😄

I have made a fair few panad - it's what my apple pie muffins are based on - never use the sugar substitutes, agave/date syrups etc. Love the baked oatmeal - I think that was the first place I saw it and overnight oats before they became so popular. The 'like Starbucks' lemon cake was a failure but other than that I don't think I've had a bad one but I don't try the more far out ones because OH would not eat them. I don't like baking in cups though so was disappointed when she mostly stopped giving gram measurements.

Not sure if this is any use. I hate recipes in ‘cups‘

Same here DT - a cup of flour is not the same weight as a cup of butter unfortunately; your pic probably refers to butter. And a fluid ounce isn't the same as an ounce. It's not far off but half a pound is 228g, not 237g.

Here are some tables for converting butter and also flour and other dry goods.

I use an American breadmaker recipe book, all in cups. We have a Tala cooks measure, (well two now). The older one belonged to MiL and went to Uni with my husband 25y ago. I've just bought a new one, so that I can have one for wet and one for dry ingredients.

I have a basic cup measure but usually convert anything I really want to make online. It's definitely a good idea to have a wet and dry cup measure.

I made a Katie's Key Lime Pie one Christmas - it went down very well with all in spite of containing frozen cauliflower!
