Nice LG. I'm planning to bake when I'm home from the hospital this morning. Was going to be a lemon drizzle but OH has changed his mind and now wants another lemon polenta. Bread is going in the machine before I go so that I can have it fresh for lunch. Linds - I hope she appreciates you making the effort. |

Thanks Linds. Should be a lot less stressful than yesterday. Just blood tests and my B12 jab tomorrow which are fine. Is it this weekend you are going away?

I might make date, apple and walnut - an old Delia favourite. Sourdough is out and cooling. For the first time I felt in control of the shaping - I switched to the Food52 method on the recommendation of a friend. |

Nice to feel that you're making progress sallykate. Linds - do you know of this site: chocolatecoveredkatie.com some of the recipes are a bit healthy even for me but there are some good ones and lots of them vegan or with options to make them so. Baking was postponed until today but the lemon polenta is now cooling. |
