It’s just dawned on me baking has taken the place of racing. I’ve got that slightly anxious feeling you get prior to registration and am wondering if I’ve got the right kit on. Actually I wouldn’t run in black joggers and baking with flour in them isn’t a great idea either

The wife has given me a hug and wished me a good bake. We’ve had the scone rhymes with bone or gone thing. I think I’m as ready as I’ll ever be. Bake on!
