We don’t use baking powder in Victoria sponge Weigh 3 or 4 eggs (180 or 240 gms-ish typically) then same weight of SR flour, sugar and butter or Stork |

Sorry Trin. I don’t know is the answer. I’m planning to use a standard coffee mug and weigh the contents. tbh I’m more bothered about one egg. It just doesn’t sound much
