I can only eat about a tablespoon of fresh cream before it makes me quite ill so Dream Topping is my preferred trifle topping - there is a packet of that in my cupboard with the Angel Delight Bread looks lovely. DT - it's usually the sugar I forget and remember when I lick the spoon.
Wine Legs May 2020 9:16am, 7 May 2020 5,337 posts	0 Wine Legs In NZ, powdered drink is the norm. Far less packaging. Much easier to take travelling etc. It annoys me that it's not readily available here & cordial/squash comes in plastic (or glass).

I made a load of sausage rolls again then also made scones (for the first time in decades) and then had a go at making some individual Victoria sponge cakes. They worked out pretty well. I put raspberry jam in the middle and will sprinkle icing sugar on just before serving tomorrow afternoon. We are all ready now for our VE anniversary afternoon tea
