Banana and choc chip loaf
Either that or a Greek salad, spag bol and trifle if Ready Steady Cook is still like it was last time I saw it

Oh lots of options there Linds - chocolate or orange polenta cake (if you don't have ground almonds you can do all polenta, slightly different texture but very palatable); banana and choc chip loaf or even double chocolate banana cake or muffins. Scones. Cupcakes. I'm making myself hungry!

Yeah, I'm thinking along those lines, although the bananas could do with being riper. Or just a plain old Victoria Sponge.

The chocolate polenta cake I made was good as cake or pudding with a little bit of ice cream and would also make a nice cake with buttercream if you doubled the recipe and made two.

Creme fraiche and Greek yogurt are what I have with the lemon polenta I've just put the drizzle on I like lemon cakes but not orange - weird eh?
